This package consists of small portions of lunch & dinner from Monday to Friday a total of 10 meals.
All the meals are fully prepared. Just heat and eat! Crush through your F45 workout with meals high in quality ingredients to get you to your goal.
Each meal is designed on approximately 350-400 calories.
Fish, Pork or Beef Proteins can be replaced with Chicken.
All turkey meals will be replaced with ground turkey
All Lamb meals will be replaced with beef
We do not offer vegetable or carb subsitutions.
You may add 5 days of Breakfast or Snack or Both.
