Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long do the meals last?

Our Meals are made fresh and will last up to 4-5 days in the fridge from the day of delivery. The meals can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. We recommend that you eat any salads or fish meals immediately. Meals during the week can be swapped around during the challenge. If you have never tried F45 Meals we recommend to try one week before making a commitment.

2. When do you deliver?

We hand deliver on Sundays and Mondays in the Greater Toronto Area this includes: Toronto, York region, Durham Region, Halton Region, Simcoe County, Waterloo County, Welland County, Essex County.

Orders must be placed by Tuesdays Midnight for Sunday/Monday delivery in Greater Toronto Area and Tuesday delivery  for out of province.

 

All other regions and out of province (and out of the Greater toronto Area) which includes Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick will be shipped by Courier UPS/FedEX and will arrive on Tuesday(s) and Friday(s).

All packages will arrive in a cooler bag  or thermal bag with sufficient ice gel packs. 

Please be sure to include delivery/drop off/ buzz code instructions if you live in a condo/apartment. Delivery can drop off happen between 3pm-10pm. Expect delivery delays during first week of the challenge, inclement weather and holidays.

3. How do I heat up my meals?

We recommend to heat the meals in the microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes depending on your microwave settings. If a microwave is not accessible, the meals can be placed on a baking dish and warmed in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until your preferred temperature (usually 5-10 minutes).

4. What if I don't train with an F45 studio?

To be in the running to win studio prizes and to get the best possible results in the 45-day Challenge, you will need to train with F45. However, even if you are not an F45 member, you may still access the Challenge nutrition portal, which contains meal plans, recipes, educational articles and videos to support you with your health and fitness goals

5. Can I swap meals around?

Of course! Once you have worked out your estimated daily energy (calorie) needs, you can use our pre-made meal plans or create your own from our library of recipes.

6. What if I have food intolerances or allergies?

Unfortunately we do not cater to food allergies. Our facility is not nut free or dairy free. Most of our dairy products do come in a sperate condiment containers. We will try to accommodate all request with protein substitutions (limit to one protein substitution's only. We do not prepare lamb and this will be replaced with beef protein. Our pork and turkey will come in ground form in all the F45 meals.
