All recipes are created for the F45 Training App and approved by the Nutrition team to help you stay on track, allowing you to focus on crushing your goals. Place your orders by Tuesday Midnight and get your meals delivered to you Sunday!

FitMeal is about a plan that fits your needs. We believe that eating healthy does not have to be bland, boring, or restrictive. It also doesn't have to break the bank. With several different menu items and new items added often, the meal combinations are endless.

We use the freshest ingredients to create delicious, satisfying dishes. Cooked the same day they are delivered to you, our meals are perfectly portioned in microwave-safe containers, simple: all you have to do is heat them up. So what are you waiting for? Let us meal prep for you.

All meals are delivered fresh, never frozen. Meals will keep nicely for 4-5 days if kept refrigerated below 40°F. Meals can be kept frozen for up to 3 months.
